Instead of a total failure, a RAPIX system will continue to operate in a degraded form in the case of failure of a Zone Controller, or the ethernet infrastructure that links Zone Controllers.

With DALI-2 certification:

  • RAPIX switches and sensors can be used in any DALI-2 lighting control system from any manufacturer;
  • The RAPIX Zone Controller can receive EVENT commands from DALI-2 certified input devices from other manufacturers.

Mixing and matching system components brings a wide universe of sensors, switches and other products to RAPIX.
